We came here for lunch as we were craving pho. Recommended by a friend.

Plenty of strip mall parking. Seems like everyone was coming here. The decor is very modern, spacious, and clean. Definitely, a change from your typical pho place.

We both ordered #3 (small and large). The veggies - bean sprouts are already steamed for you.

The meat was really soft and delicious. Plenty of noodles - you get to pick between small/big rice noodles or egg noodles.

It appears they specialize in pho but they have other options as well on their second page.

Would return - pay at the cashier. credit for orders over $15

After seeing the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I can't say I would come back here. I ordered the #1 because it was labeled as their signature pho. It had Kobe style beef in it. The meat was so tough/bad tasting that I didn't eat more than one piece of it.

Also, the staff took a long time to take my order even tho the place was not busy, and there were plenty of employees around. I think the waiter also assumed I couldn't use chopsticks when he dropped off my food because he insisted on getting me a fork......

Been looking for a good pho place since we don't like the ones down the street from our house. We have about 3 of them and they are all subpar.

The location is in a complex where Lucky's supermarket is. It's a bit sketchy here since it's right by a liquor store and some sketchy characters stand around there.

Aside from the location, the ambiance of the interior is nice and modern. Friendly service. We can sit wherever we want. The servers are quick to assist.

    We ordered:
    - #2 Large Pho Dac Biet: comes with a variety of meats and an a good portion. The portion was enough to feed both my husband and I given I don't eat much of the noodles. I am mainly eat the meat and broth. Broth has a slightly sweeter taste. Pretty good, but the flavor fell just a little short to make this place a solid 4 stars.
    - #8 Medium Pho Tai Nam: good amount of meats. Our daughter enjoyed it.
    - Spring rolls: comes with 3 rolls and a peanut sauce and hot sauce. The hubby didn't like the sauce as it was too spicy for him. The rolls are alright. We prefer the ones at com tam thien huong since they are more similar to our favorite ones from Brodard, however their sauce also is not what we were looking for.
    - Vietnamese coffee: good balance of the drip coffee and the sweetened condensed milk, however it would be better if it had just a little stronger coffee taste.

We may return if we don't find a better pho place.

Stopped in there for dinner. Mall looks kind of run down, trash in the parking lot but heard Pho Dau was good...
everyone except me had the Kobe beef pho. It was good.
I opted to try the oxtail pho with egg noodle. Next time I'll get the Kobe beef pho. The oxtail was tough...they need to cook it a lot longer and the broth was quite salty.
The beef pho broth was nice and smooth and the homemade rice noodles were soft and tender.
The fried egg rolls were very good.
We got there about 6pm and shortly thereafter the place was packed!...so go by 6 pm.
    Yes, I'd go back.

I can't find any reason not to give this place a 5-star review. I don't usually eat pho as I always found the broth too salty but Pho Dao's broth is just fantastic! We had a signature pho, a #5, and egg rolls. There're small, medium and large sizes; the small size pho is quite big for small appetite. The egg rolls are also outstanding. But I think the highlights are the side sauces: red pepper chili sauce and garlic sauce! You MUST put the garlic sauce in your pho! It makes the pho just perfect!! The overall service is also great! Waiters/waitresses are very friendly!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place!
